2011 membership rates:
  "South" Members (and all student, unemployed, or retired): USD 35
    "North" Members (employed): USD 68

For 2012 membership rates will be:   

"South" Members (and all student, unemployed, or retired): USD 40 

    "North" Members (employed): USD75                                   

These rates will apply for those registering for the conference in 2011.
